Is Jeffrey Allen Manchester Really The S.B.T.C/C4 Serial Killer?

After finding all the hidden C4's, arrows, faces, etc. in the crime scene photos of the Ramsey's home, I began to wonder if Jeffrey Allen Manchester really was the S.B.T.C/C4 serial killer. Even though I discovered four possible connections linking Jeffrey Manchester to the JonBenét Ramsey ransom note's Victory! S.B.T.C signature, and even though his prison locker drawing led me to discover all the new clues in the unsolved murder of JonBenét Ramsey, I still had no smoking gun proof indicating Jeffrey Manchester really was, without a doubt, the S.B.T.C/C4 serial killer. So I went looking for more proof!

Now that I knew a lot more about the types of clues I believe Jeffrey Manchester likes leaving behind, I thought I would have a closer look at his prison locker drawing of The Three Stooges. I knew that the drawing contained faces and arrows pointing to the faces. So the only clue I thought the drawing appeared to be missing was his favorite signature, a C4. However, after examining the drawing for several minutes, I realized it actually contains three possible C4's hiding in plain sight! When the drawing is rotated 90 degrees to the right, The Stooges faces look like three obscured C4's, and their stick figure bodies look like hidden arrows pointing right towards the C4's.

For a brief moment, I thought I finally found proof that The Rooftop Robber, Jeffrey Manchester, really is the S.B.T.C/C4 serial killer, but then I quickly realized it still wasn't absolute proof. The image of Manchester's prison locker drawing is just a screenshot I captured from the True Crime Television show, Masterminds. So I don't really know if it was an exact copy of Manchester's prison locker drawing. When I saw Manchester's prison escape story featured in a segment on the True Crime Television show America's Most Wanted, the drawing they showed was completely different-looking. However, their show segment was not a complete documentary about Jeffrey Manchester and his criminal escapades. Their show segment was most likely a rushed-to-production segment in attempts to apprehend Manchester when he was a prison escapee on the run.

If the screenshot I captured is not an exact copy of Manchester's prison locker drawing, then it's a very suspicious coincidence because when I examined the drawing a little closer, I noticed some possible letters hidden in Larry's curly hair. It looks like it might be the initials BTC. I definitely see a big capital letter (B). To the right of the capital letter (B), it looks like there might be a combined (TC). The letter (C) has a long stretched-out bottom on it, and it looks similar to the letter (C) that's in the ransom note's "Victory" signature. Larry's curly hair might also contain a hidden letter (S).

The next and final piece of evidence I had to re-examine, or re-watch in this case, was the True Crime Television show I first saw The Rooftop Robber, Jeffrey Allen Manchester featured on. Even though the TV show never revealed everything about Manchester, I still thought it would be an excellent idea to review it for any overlooked clues that might point to Manchester being the S.B.T.C/C4 killer. So I did a Google.com search for the TV show Masterminds: The Great Escape, and when the search results came back, I was slightly surprised when I found the episode on YouTube.com. I hadn't seen the show since the first time I watched it almost fourteen years earlier, so I immediately watched the full episode. Then, when it was over, I watched it again in order to capture a few screenshots of Manchester and some of the crime scene photos they showed of his handy work.

When I re-watched the Masterminds episode, I never saw any new clues. But then, a couple of days later, while I was taking a more thorough look at some of the screenshots I had captured, I discovered a C4 signature written by an entrance hole Jeffrey Manchester cut into the rooftop of a McDonald's restaurant.

At first, I thought the C4 was made with a big letter (C) wrapped around a number 4. But after rotating the photo 90 degrees to the right and zooming in for a closer look, I discovered that there is also a letter (C) and a small letter (S) just to the left of the number 4. I believe Manchester purposely chose to place his signature in that precise location because the corner of the cut metal roof is pointing directly to the SC4. Just to the right of the SC4, the felt roofing paper looks like it contains a side profile image of a weird face that appears to have a heart on it, and just below that, it looks like there might be a side profile image of a hound dog's face.

When I rotated the photo 180 degrees, I discovered that the felt roofing paper on the left side of the photo has a rat head image on it. A little ways above the rat head, the felt roofing paper has an arrowhead-shaped mark on it, and it is pointing downward to the image of the rat head. Right above the arrowhead, there appears to be an image of an obscured face with two eyes, a nose, and a mouth. The next thing that I noticed was the corner of the cut roof, along with the pipes down inside the building, look just like a big C4. Now, this C4 might be a coincidence, but the rat head image was definitely not a coincidence. When I re-rotated the photograph 180 degrees, I realized that the rat head image also doubles as a weird-looking face, making it one of Manchester's official Rat-Face clues. The Rat/Face image also has Manchester's C4 signature on it.

After finding the C4 signature and Rat-Face clue by the entry hole Manchester cut in the McDonald's restaurant rooftop, I finally had the smoking gun proof I was searching for! Now I knew without a doubt that the Rooftop Robber, Jeffrey Allen Manchester, is definitely the S.B.T.C/C4 serial killer! He definitely left behind all the clues at the Ramsey's, and he definitely murdered JonBenét Ramsey sometime after 10:00 PM on the night of Wednesday, December 25th, 1996.

My Theory Of How Jeffrey Manchester Ended Up In Boulder, Colorado, and What Transpired Once He Arrived There.

Jeffrey Manchester most likely came across videotapes of child beauty pageants with JonBenét Ramsey competing in them. He may have become infatuated with JonBenét, or he may have just seen her and her family as the perfect victims to star in his next murder frame-up plot. So he found out from somewhere who JonBenét Ramsey was and where she was from. Once he had a chance, he made his way to Boulder, Colorado. He broke into the Ramsey's home and began to set his sinister plan in motion. There is an excellent chance he made a secret hidden room somewhere in the Ramsey's home, and he was secretly living there on and off for some time. He probably came and went from the home several times before killing JonBenét sometime after 10:00 PM on the night of December 25th, 1996.

I believe Jeffrey Manchester dressed up as Santa Claus and went up to JonBenét's bedroom on at least one occasion when he told her he was going to pay her a special visit after Christmas and that it was a secret. Then on Christmas Day night, after John and Patsy went to bed, Manchester most likely dressed up as Santa Claus again and went up to JonBenét's bedroom to take her. He may have zapped her neck with a stun gun to knock her out, and he may have put her in a red Santa toy bag in order to carry her down to the basement or to his secret hidden room. Manchester likes dressing up in costumes. When he was a prison escapee on the run, he dressed up as the Easter Bunny for a Sunday school Christmas party where he gave children toys he stole from a Toys "R" Us store.

Why I Believe Jeffrey Manchester Was Secretly Living In The Ramsey's Home.

The reason why I believe Jeffrey Manchester was secretly living in a hidden room he had made somewhere in the Ramsey's home is because of what I revealed at the beginning of this report. While Manchester was on the run as a wanted fugitive, he was secretly living behind a bicycle display unit in a Toys "R" Us store. Then, when the busy Christmas shopping season approached, Manchester burrowed his way into the vacant Circuit City business next door, where he made and lived in a 4-foot by 10-foot hidden room underneath a staircase. In his secret hidden hideaway, Manchester installed electricity, running water, a smoke detector, air conditioning, and a complex video surveillance system that he made from nanny cam baby monitors he stole from the Toys "R" Us store.

Another reason why I believe Manchester was secretly living inside the Ramsey's home is that, according to Sergeant Scheimreif of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg, NC, Police Department, prior to his prison escape on June 15th, 2004, Manchester spent his time in his prison cell drawing up floor plans for his dream home that included an elaborate maze of hidden trapdoors, secret passageways, and escape holes. Manchester's plans apparently showed many ways of getting from one room to another, and no limit on the places he could hide.

Chances are, the floor plans that Manchester drew were actual drawings showing the different types of trapdoors, hidden rooms, and secret passageways he has made in homes and businesses all across the United States from coast to coast. I believe Manchester may have been secretly living in other people's homes from time to time for several years. If so, he most likely began doing this back in the late 1980s, while he was still a teenager in high school.

What Manchester does is he breaks into a home, typically bigger homes that have basements with plenty of places to hide or smaller homes with crawl spaces. He then looks for the perfect place to make his hidden room or cubbyhole to live in. Once he moves into a home, he goes through all of the family's belongings in order to find out absolutely everything about them and their daily routines. He learns all about people's vices and sins. Sometimes he'll install hidden cameras and/or listening devices to monitor the family's activities.

Jeffrey Manchester's DNA Sample In The CODIS Database Might Not Be His.

Being a convicted felon in the state of North Carolina, Jeffrey Manchester's DNA or blood sample was most likely collected and entered into the national DNA database, known as CODIS, the Combined DNA Index System. So with that in mind, if Jeffrey Manchester really is the killer of JonBenét Ramsey, then why hasn't there ever been a CODIS DNA profile match to the DNA evidence that was found on JonBenét's underwear and long johns?

First of all, since the killer, Jeffrey Manchester, was the last known person to see JonBenét Ramsey alive, he might have purposely planted the DNA evidence on JonBenét's underwear and long johns in order to frame someone else. Manchester is a master at framing innocent people for his murders and crimes. He is also a master at leaving behind misleading forensic and biological evidence, such as DNA, hairs, blood, fibers, etc., in order to frame someone who is innocent. Several of Manchester's frame-up victims are sitting in prison for murders they never committed! Some are even condemned to death! Some have even been executed!

Second of all, there has always been the possibility that the DNA discovered on JonBenét Ramsey's underwear and long johns never even came from the killer. It might have been transferred to the garments during the manufacturing process. Or it might have been transferred to the garments at the clothing store. Or it might have been transferred to the garments by the mishandling of the evidence or by DNA cross-contamination in the lab. I'm not saying this did happen, I'm only saying that it is a possibility.

Two more possibilities I just thought of. Manchester might be a self-taught computer hacker. He might be able to hack his way into the CODIS DNA database to alter his DNA profile. Or he might even have someone at an authorized forensic laboratory or at a law enforcement agency alter his CODIS DNA profile for him.

The Scar On Manchester's Cheek Might Have Been Caused By JonBenét Ramsey!

The small crescent-shaped scar that's on Jeffrey Manchester's right cheek might have been caused by one of JonBenét Ramsey's sharp little fingernails. As I said earlier, I believe Jeffrey Manchester dressed up as Santa Claus and went up into JonBenét's bedroom. I believe on one of those occasions, JonBenét might have gouged Manchester's cheek when she grabbed at his fake Santa mustache and beard.

Jeffrey Manchester Might Have Attended JonBenét Ramsey's Candlelight Memorial!

Several years ago, when I was searching the internet for crime scene photographs of the Ramsey's home, I found some photographs that were taken at a candlelight memorial service held for JonBenét Ramsey on the first anniversary of her death. While looking through the photos, I spotted a man in the crowd who looked a lot like Jeffrey Allen Manchester. The man was wearing a dark blue or black beanie cap and an acid-washed denim jean jacket with the collar pulled all the way up, covering part of his face. I can't say for certain if it was Jeffrey Manchester, but the way the guy was eerily staring directly at the camera makes me think it just might have been him. The guy's nose looks like it's slightly longer than Manchester's nose. However, I think the guy's head was tilted downward, and he might have been smiling or smirking, making his nose appear longer. In the small inset photograph, Jeffrey Manchester's head was tilted slightly upward.

Coincidentally, or perhaps not, some of the darker blue areas on the guy's acid-washed denim jean jacket look just like Jeffrey Manchester's markings. It looks like there is an arrowhead pointing upward toward the guy's face. Directly to the right of the possible arrowhead, it looks like there might be a face image with two eyes, a nose, and a partially obscured smiling mouth. Then, when I cropped and rotated the arrowhead and face image 180 degrees, the arrowhead looked like a heart, and it looked like a hidden C4 signature.

Just below the guy's upturned jean jacket collar, it looks like there might be another arrowhead that's pointing downward toward a sideways arrowhead-shaped number 4 that's pointing toward a possible letter (C). Attached to the right side of the possible number 4, there may be a small letter (C) or letter (S).

Jeffrey Manchester Purposely Left Behind A Trail Of Clues!

I believe Jeffrey Manchester purposely left a trail of clues as a serial killer and as a serial armed robber, hoping that someone would eventually discover and connect the clues. I also believe Manchester deliberately allowed himself to get caught just so he could be connected to the clues he left at the Ramsey's and elsewhere. Furthermore, I believe Manchester intentionally got himself caught in North Carolina, knowing that he would be sentenced to a North Carolina prison.

Prior to his capture on May 20th, 2000, Manchester committed dozens of robberies that netted him a lot of money. I believe he buried most of the stolen money in various North Carolina locations, possibly in the vicinity of the Brown Creek Correctional Institution and some of the other prisons he had been in. I believe Manchester used or uses this buried money to bribe corrections officers to let him leave the prison for hours and sometimes for several days at a time.

When Manchester escaped from prison on June 15th, 2004, I don't believe it was his first time out. I also don't believe he actually escaped that day. I believe he may have already been out, and he failed to return on that day. According to the North Carolina Department of Adult Corrections, Manchester attempted to escape in February 2009 and then again in October 2017. Considering Manchester carefully preplans every move he makes, my question is, was he really attempting to escape from the prison, or did he purposely get himself caught returning to the prison? I read in some online news article that in the 2009 escape attempt, Manchester was caught just on the outside of the prison fence, making me think he may have been caught returning not escaping.

Jeffrey Manchester Might Have, or Has, An Imposter Posing As Him In Prison!

I know it sounds far-fetched, but in the most recent prison photo that I found of Jeffrey Allen Manchester, he looks a little bit different than he did. His eyebrows are thicker, and they curve downward more. His upper lip area looks slightly larger, and his lips look slightly thinner than they did. Of course I know he might look different because he has aged. However, if Manchester did or does have an imposter posing as him, he would probably make sure there was some way to distinguish the fake Manchester from the real Manchester.

I don't know if Manchester has or had an imposter posing as him in prison. What I do know is I have found Manchester's clues at murders, kidnappings, and high-profile suicides that have occurred while he has been in prison. So either I have the wrong person, which I truly doubt, or Manchester comes and goes from his prison on a regular basis. Or another possibility is Manchester might have recruited a couple of accomplices to use the same markings he uses. Remember Manchester's prison locker drawing of The Three Stooges where he pointed out that he was Moe? Well, even though he pointed out that Larry and Curly were the Department of Corrections, the stick figure drawing of three individuals might have been a hidden clue indicating Manchester has two other accomplices.

Jeffrey Manchester Might Be A Spy and a Hitman!

When Jeffrey Allen Manchester was a prison escapee on the run, he was using the alias John Zoren, and he told the woman he was dating that he was a government agent and that he did some type of secret spy work. When I heard this story back in 2006 on the true crime TV series Masterminds, I thought it was some made-up story that Manchester was telling people just to make himself appear important. But after finding all of Manchester's clues and after having several years to profile Manchester, I believe he might actually be some sort of spy!

Reasons why I believe Jeffrey Allen Manchester is a spy are:

▪ He received Special Operations and or Special Forces Training in US ARMY.

▪ He is a master at breaking into homes/businesses undetected.

▪ He knows how to override any security alarm system.

▪ He knows how to override video camera surveillance systems.

▪ He is a master at making secret hidden cubbyholes/rooms to hide/live in.

▪ He is a master at making secret hidden entrances and passageways.

▪ He is a master at making tunnels leading into homes and businesses.

▪ He is extremely intelligent, clever, cunning, and manipulating.

▪ He is extremely resourceful and creative.

▪ He may have magnets in his fingertips that he uses to unlock hidden doors.

▪ He may possess and use some type of memory-altering drug/gas on people.

▪ He may be a Skilled Marksman/Sniper.

▪ He is a master at framing innocent people for his murders and crimes.

If Jeffrey Manchester is a spy, he might be working for someone, or he might be a lone soldier on his own mission. I believe Manchester may have infiltrated several different criminal organizations in the United States, and possibly even elsewhere in the world. I believe Manchester became their hitman, kidnapper, and false flag event coordinator. Manchester might have evidence on all sorts of corruption, and he might have evidence on corrupt police officers, prosecutors, judges, politicians, and media outlets. If this is true, then the evidence is most likely stored in one of Manchester's storage units, which I believe he has in North Carolina and California.
